Located at the foot of the Béns d'Avall Urbanization we find a small and quiet rock cove known as Alconàsser. To get there you have to go down the Alconàsser road until you reach the cove where we can cool off in the Mediterranean Sea and contemplate two typical boathouses on the north coast of Mallorca.
The boathouses are sea side constructions that serve to store boats, fishing tackle and all the necessary utensils for fishermen. The north of Mallorca is full of these small booths, since the coast of the Serra de Tramuntana is very steep and difficult to access, with the exceptions of the Port de Sóller, Andratx and Pollença.
