First half of March
This event aims to support and promote the local meat and sausage industry, highlighting the value of a high-quality traditional product with deep roots in Sóller’s history — a product that enjoys recognition beyond the local area.
Held inside the Municipal Market of Sóller, the fair becomes a festive day where visitors can sample and purchase local food products and take part in traditional Mallorcan “torrades” (grilled meat feasts) — a delicious way to discover authentic local sausages and cured meats.
The event also features live traditional music and dance, xeremiers (Mallorcan bagpipers), and performances by local musicians.
Organized in collaboration with the “Sóller Bon Dia” Cluster and Municipal Market vendors, the date is agreed with local butchers and producers and is scheduled in March, while the season is still perfect for outdoor torrades.
